COMPANY POLICY STATEMENT AND DISCLOSURE

At La Dolce Photography, we believe that the experience of a photo shoot, and the photo purchases that follow, are considered luxury purchases. It is not our position to consider, or judge, the validity of every cancellation; we simply adhere strictly to our cancellation and reschedule policies, as we have an entire staff reserved on behalf of a client’s scheduled session.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking an appointment, you authorize La Dolce Photography to charge your credit card a fee of up to 100% of the session or voucher value should you cancel within 7-calendar days prior to, or miss, your scheduled appointment. Vouchers, coupons, or promotions are considered REDEEMED if a scheduled session results in a cancellation within seven (7) days, or a no-show.

 

RE-SCHEDULE POLICY

No-shows will not be able to re-schedule with La Dolce Photography.
